@angel47 recommended some perfect alternatives, you could also do scrambled/boiled eggs with no oil or butter. Depending on your hedgehogs preferences. I would also suggest to add some pureed vegetables for extra fiber and nutrients if they don't mind it.
Kitten kibble, pet store pinhead crickets, dubia roaches.
