Winston is now 10 weeks old, and I'd like to know what colour he is! Sorry that some pics are a little blurry. I had a very unwilling model today...
I'm thinking maybe Algerian Grey Pinto? I'm not sure if he has enough white quills to count as a snowflake, though he does seem to have a lot randomly interspersed through his quills. He also might be a little darker than pictures of greys I've seen, but I'm not sure - could he be an algerian dark grey? I don't know a ton about hedgehog colour, so please correct me if I'm wrong!
How cute! I'd also say Algerian Grey, not enough for snowflake, and I'm not sure on pinto. He *could* be, if those small white patches have pink (unpigmented) skin underneath. Otherwise they are just snowflake clumps, but not enough to technically be called snowflake.
It does! And yeah, he's got pink skin under his white patches. I didn't get a picture of his left side, unfortunately, where he has a bigger patch of white, and it's easier to see that the skin is pink. He really did not like the camera. lol. All he wanted to do was hide!
