We looked all over for non fragrant hand soap to use while handling mom and babies but couldn't find any. We got some anti bacterial safeway soap that had the lowest scent out of them all. I am just wondering if the residue could harm the babies in any way even after thorough rinsing? Seeing how they lick and gum our hands a lot. This kinda just hit me today, they seem to be acting ok. Was just wondering if we should be concerned our get some different soap or somthing. Thanks

I want to be able to handle them so they get used to our scent and us in general. We have been rinsing thoroughly as is. Guess we can grab the unscented and them wash like an hour before handeling or somthing

I would think that it wouldn't hurt them, its something i haven't actually thought about, but I dont' think they would make a hand soap that had toxic residue. Children put their hands in their mouths and it doesn't bother them.
