My baby hedgehog seems to be wobblying when it's walking. It can't drink water very well, eat very well (since it's so thirsty), and walk around very well. He is only 3 month now and was wondering how likely it is for him to divelop this disease. He's been wobbling for a while (couple weeks) but since he is my first I didn't know it was unusual. I checked online all night for information and it SEEMS that it it WHS (checked several youtube videos of WHS)... He's sooooo cute and I don't want him to die!!! So how likely is it for him to develop this disease when he is so young? I know that there is no cure.... so what can i do for him?

What temperature are you keeping his cage at. At his age, being too cool or ill is more likely to be the cause.

Is his tummy nice and warm?
How much does he eat daily? What food is he eating?
Does he sneeze, or have a runny nose?
What are his poops like?
What does he drink from, bowl or bottle. If bottle, add a bowl as well.
What surface is he on when he is wobbly?

Yes, vet asap.

Nancy is right. Check the temperature.

WHS rarely affects a hedgehog that young, but it can happen. Where did you get your hedgehog? Do you have a pedigree?
