I have one similar to the one from Target. I think that one works better because it radiates the heat DOWN rather than allowing it to dissipate upwards like the second one you listed.

I did get a 60 watt ceramic heat bulb but I'm thinking I may invest in a higher wattage for the upcoming cold months since it doesn't seem to make it too toasty. Not what you asked, I know
