So i am going to buy a heat emitter with the winter coming, and i am wondering what wattage i need, i have a 2'x2'x2' c&c cage, but it also has a 1'x2' loft, i was going to get this: http://www.reptilesupply.com/product.php?products_id=75 http://www.reptilesupply.com/product.ph ... cts_id=742

I actually just got the middle one TODAY. I got the 60 watt. I also have a C and C cage- approx 2 x 2 ft. I think that the 100 watt would be too powerful and the guy at the pet store rec'd the 60 watt. It gets warm, but not super hot.

I have a 100 watt. It doesn't get super hot because my thermostat controls it.
