I was just browsing through some of the topics on the forum, and wondered into here and re-read the "signs of sickness" post that Nancy has at the top of the page. One thing she mentioned on there was to take a hedgehog to a vet if there are convulsions. What does a hedgehog do when convulsing and what does that mean? I don't have any problems, just curious on what to be on the lookout for in case anything is to happen.

A convulsion would look like a seizure. The hedgehog would have little or no control over his body.

Ok, I figured it would be something like that but wanted to check just in case it was something that was more subtle. Do you know how long these last before they stop the convulsion?
