well i just got a hedgie like a week ago he is awesome and really friendly but he makes this really high pitched squeak noise like the one of a bat. he makes this wen he is running aroung or just sitting with me i was just wondering what this was

its usually a mating thing - my oldest boy squeeks like that when he sees the 2 baby boy hogs or in this case it may be excitement?
