Hey I've noticed that my hedgehog tends to walk on his front left wrist instead of using his paw. I've noticed recently that the area has started becoming raw/red, should I be concerned? Also is there a way for me to stop this?

One can see that your hedgehog's claws are too long. You have to get them clipped on all feets regularly and hopefully it will go away.

I think the problem may be bigger than simply long nails. I would try to take him to the vet and see if his paw is okay.

I haven't been able to get him to a vet yet. Still trying to convince my dad to get an appointment set up.
