Could you tell me what color Vander is please?
I was told he was a "light brown snowflake" but I'm not sure he has enough white quills to be a snowflake.

I would guess Algerian Brown.

That's what I was thinking but wasn't sure.
I didn't think he had enough white to be a snowflake. even though he is light.
