Hey guys and gals...
I lost my Sweet Pea about a year and a half ago, and still miss her to this day. However, I've done all I can to properly memorialize her, I talk to her sometimes, I left her wheel for her when I buried her (it's gone now, maybe she took it LOL!), wrote a speech that I performed in front of my Public Speaking class, and even wrote a song for her. I wanted to share that song with you guys, since most of you have shared so much good info and helped me out through the years.

Kinda a sad song, but at the end of the day, I'm grateful and blessed to have had her in my life. And now God (or whoever's out there) has given me the opportunity to have another hedgie (Miss Mika stinky pee pee pants LOL)

Anyway, here it is, feel free to leave comments/feedback. I'm not a great singer, sorry lol.

And a very heartfelt e-hug to all those who have lost a loved one (especially a hedgie).

Cheers,
Isaac

What a lovely tribute to your little hedgie. Its amazing how such a tiny creature can make such a huge imprint in a life. I think your other greatest tribute is opening your heart to another hedgie and providing her with her own grand and loving life.

Thanks guys, I appreciate the support. It's true, I think that Sweet Pea wanted me to be happy and to have another hedgeamahog, hence why I'm spending many hours a day trying to keep Mika's house not stinky and poopy/peepee free lol. Ahh, babies... Thanks again HHC'ers!

Sarahlee, this is an old thread. The OP might find it disrespectful to drag it up again to ask how his pet died. Please try and post only in recent threads unless you have something relevant to add.
