Just a silly thing that happened this morning and wanted to share.

Because of the time change, this morning when I got up, Tama was still running on her wheel and then she heard me... well she was confused. she would listen to what I was up to, go back to wheeling, pause and listen, wheel, pause and listen, wheel... I finally went over to her cage, turned on the light for the day (b/c it is soo dark outside now at 7) and told her "good morning." she looked at me, sniffed and went back to wheeling. ;)

as I was leaving (quarter to 8) she was still wheeling happily away, not caring a whit that it was almost 8 in the morning.

(personally, I think this is smart, when it is dark outside, it should still be thought of as night. only after the sun is out should we wake up for the "day")

Hahahaha that's funny. I have my alarm set for 5:30 and then reset it for fifteen minutes later when I wake up. When I woke up at 5:30 Dewey was still on his wheel. I think the alarm scared him though, so he went back inside of his mushroom. Hahahahaha.

I agree, it's not daytime until the sun is up. :p

This is why hedgies should be allowed in Arizona, they would be relieved from the burden of daylight savings time. :D
