Hi I got this toy from the pet store (plastic ball with a jingle bell inside) and it has two spikes on either side of it. Do you think the spikes could hurt my hedgie in any way? (for example pock him in the eye)

It depends on the size of the spikes, how firm they are and how long they are. A picture of the ball would help.
