I live on the west side of Washington state, and it can get fairly cold here for a hedgehog, especially in and near winter time. I was looking online and some places said that it is okay to take your hedgehog outside when it is cold, as long as you have a snuggle sack to carry your hedgie in. I was wondering if this is true, as I am not sure if some pieces of fleece could keep your hedgehog warm when it is an average of 33 degrees Fahrenheit in Washington's winter. Where I live, it usually is 40 degrees Fahrenheit in the morning, often a little below. It usually warms up later on, but only to a minuscule amount. If you know anything about taking your hedgehog outside in the winter, please let me know! Thank you!
