I got my little buddy, Ayumi, 2 days ago.
He looked healthy (or what i could call healthy since i had never seen a hedgehog) but yesterday i noticed this on his skin:

(bad pic might add another one later)

his skin seems to be open and it looks like when you get a ingrown hair?

how i can help him? his skin seems dry :c

You may have to travel further than you would like, but your hedgie could die if you don't do anything. There are three exotic vets in Mexico listed on a quick google search. You should call as many veterinarians near you as you can. Seeing a vet is your best option.
If it's an infection he may need an antibiotic ointment.

If you absolutely cannot find a vet, you can try calling one of the exotic vets and getting info on what types of medicines are safe for hedgehogs and what kind to use, how to clean the area, how often you should apply it and so on. I know it's easier to access medication in Mexico than here in the states so you may have a chance of finding something that will work in a pharmacy. Good luck. Let me know how it turns out.
