What is the oldest a hedgie might quill at?
The people I bought it from got him from a different source, and they said they thought he was 5 months.
He's quilling but he hasn't been itching.
So I just want to know if he could quill because of stress or if he isn't too old to quill or whatnot.

Also I think he has dry skin, inside my little hedgie carry/sac/bonding bag i made i see lots of white skin flakes.

You can usually tell by the size of the quills. If they are baby quills roughly 1/2" and fine, then he is under 5 months. If they are adult sized quills then it is either a stress related quilling, mites or fungal or skin infection.

I think he is younger then 5 months, because I've been looking at some pictures of older hedgies, and his face is much smaller. Also the quills are about 1/2".
