I was busy cleaning the cage, like i do every morning (removing poop, cleaning the wheel, etc), and i noticed tiny little white bits, all over. I started to pick them up and low and behold, they're quills. When i cleaned out her sock that she loooves so much, omg, there were hundreds! She's been coming out at weird hours and she's eating ALOT and drinking and running.

Could she be quilling, my little baby, all growed up! lol

But seriously, when they quill, you find the quills, and clean alot out of the cage?

It depends on the hedgehog. Some you find their quills others are more like stealth quillers. Look for new quill growth poking through her skin. If I remember right, she's about the right age to be already quilling (yes?).

Yup, she's about the right age. So a new quill would look comparable to a new tooth poking through the gums or something akin to that, white poking through skin?

It will look like a full grown quill poking through. So if it is halfway grown in, it looks like you cut a quill in half and glued it to the skin.
