Hello there!

I'm not new to hedgies (I've had two) but it's been a while and I need some opinions. I'm going to (hopefully) get a new baby in a couple of weeks and, while I have a cage from my last hedgie, I want to build a bigger and nicer cage, like the one below. But, I know I don't want wood inside, so, here's my question - what do I do to the inside to keep it easy to clean and not wood? Do I stick with this design or do I go and find something premade?

You can try chloroplast. That's what I use. I have a c&c.

Choroplast! It is like plastic to it should clean very easily. Otherwise you could attach some kids of tarp tightly to the wood as an alternative. Just make sure it is very secure so he is unable to get underneath it.
