I just picked my little hedgie and got pretty concerned when I saw him "pucking" on his quills, he just turned his head around like he would normally do to scratch and and spitted a yellow/orange paste on his back


I'm really unpatient to know if this is normal. I've never read about such problem oO

also, my little Liam seems in perfect health. He's playfull and spinning in his wheel right now

It's normal hedgehog behavior when they smell something weird/facinating/etc.

If that article doesn't seem like what he was doing, I'm sure someone else can tell you what the problem is
