My hedgehog sassy is a new mom and has Been doing great until about two nights ago and she had her babies about a week ago and she goes out of her sack and lays on her side and leaves the babies in the sack by themselves and I’m wondering what is wrong so does anybody have answers pls!!

Alot of mommy hogs will suffer a separation anxiety with the litter and leave them alone. You should not touch the babies directly with your hands but keep an eye on them until she comes back.
