Sigh... hopefully this will be my last topic in Diet & Nutrition for a while! I have just been frustrated as of late; I think I have a picky eater on my hands.

I am currently trying to wean Annabelle off the mix of Purina foods (about 6-8 of them), Blue Buffalo and Wellness that the breeder raised her on. She is currently being served Chicken Soup for the Cat Lover's Soul Light and Purina Kitten Chow. I have noticed, however, that Annabelle will devour the Purina and hardly touch the Chicken Soup. It has been suggested to me (by Nancy, I believe) that Annabelle prefers the Kitten Chow because of it's higher fat content, making it very tasty. I'm also thinking that the Purina Kitten Chow kibbles are small and easy to eat, while the Chicken Soup kibbles are oddly shaped, like big X's. Maybe it's more comfortable for her to eat the Kitten Chow? Anyway, I don't know what to do. I realize the Kitten Chow is not the healthiest choice for her, so I plan on discontinuing feeding it to her as soon as I am able. I just don't know what to try next. What do your picky eaters seem to enjoy? Thanks in advance. :)

(For the record, Annabelle doesn't seem to like treats either - not even mealworms!)
