Parasites?

I’m really worried about my 3 year old male hedgehog. About a week ago I noticed that he had stopped eating and after two days of him not eating, he stopped running around and acted lethargic too. I took him out of his cage and he was super cold so I warmed him up with my hands and turned on his heating pad. He tried to hibernate last year so I assumed that was what was happening again. That night he didn’t eat again but he still drank. It’s been a week now and his eyes are fully open and he looks better besides the fact that he’s skinny and can’t move his back legs and wobbles. I got him to eat live meal worms a couple days ago but he won’t eat his pellets. I also found a weird looking bug of some sort in his cage and I’m worried he’s suffering from some type of intestinal parasite. This all happened so fast and I don’t have much money to take him to the vet so I just wanted to know if anyone has dealt with the same thing or knows what this is. I’m just scared to lose him.

Not moving his back legs and wobbling are both 2 direct signs for WHS, wobbly hedgie syndrome ( I just mine down last month from it). Go get liquid vitamin E pills and pierce them and put half the pill with his food twice a day. He should get better. Let me know k.
