So I went to put some polysporin on Paco's feet to help keep them from getting dry (I am out of the medicated ointment that the vet gave me, and he said I would be fine with polysporin) I noticed that Paco would start licking it off..should I be concerned that he is ingesting this?? What would you recommend to use instead that may stay on his feet a bit better.

As long as it is just regular strength polysporin it will be fine. Don't use pain relief.
