Yes, the color looks correct. But I can't tell from the pictures if it's a WB or Algerian.

If she does have cheek patches, then she is an ALGERIAN variety.
If she does NOT have patches, then she is a WHITE-BELLIED variety.

Still not a very clear photo, but it certainly appears that there ARE cheek patches under the eyes.
Thus, it would be an Algerian variety hedgie.

I've circled the area under the left eye, that appears to be cheek patches. The patches only have to be faint, not dark and distinct.....in order to be considered an Algerian. But yes, a clearer photo would be more helpful.
