Hello there!

I would like to know your opinon about my hedgies colors...

So, there is Bowser. He is pinto. :

*10 days old*

*8 months (now)*

(I think he is chocolat chip...)

And there, Akacia. A baby born here on november 2009 (parents are Bowser and Cassiopée). She was born all white, and than her skin progressivly became dark but her spines stays all white. She only have a couple colored on the forehead (grey-brown)

*9 days old*

*2 months old (now)*

(I think she is chocolate white)

And i'm curious to know about her's sister too... Danaë:

*1 month old*

*2 months old (now)*

(I think she is chocolate or grey algerian)

The sisters together

Bowser, I would say Algerian Chocolate Snowflake "chocolate chip"

He isn't 10 days old in those first pics, is he? He looks older than that...

Akacia- does she have any spots of pink skin? She looks like she might be pinto too but it can be hard to tell depending on how the quills are facing. I would say Algerian Grey (maybe chocolate? now that I see the pic of her next to her sister) Snowflake, I think there are too many banded quills for white.

Danaë is gorgeous! She looks like an Algerian Grey.

I'm not an expert though, I might be wrong.

Ok for Bowser, think he is algerian chocolate chip too... I don't know for the age at the first pisture... the breeder told me he was 10 days on it but you are totally right, it look much older... Maybe 2 weeks and half!

And for Akacia... Humm... Her mask isn't too pale to be grey? And why is she born white and not Danaë if they are both grey... It's confusing! ^^

Exactly why color can't be ID'd until 9+ weeks, it can change. ;)
