As the topic says creature has gotten quite big. Ever since we moved almost a year ago he has finally started to keep his quills flat(he did not like the move) and i have just recently been able to see how big he has gotten. Now on top of him not liking i have had to go back to taking my time handling him as he is back to not trusting me, its an uphill battle but i feel as if i am making progress as he stayed out of his hut to watch me give him food and water. I also threw in a small treat for him which he just gobbled right up.

Trust is definitely a finicky thing with these little guys haha. Just make sure to keep as much of his environment the same as you can. Are you weighing him? They do tend to look far wider when their quills are down but it’s usually nothing of concern. Creature is an adorable name!

I havent weighed him yet but i am planning on it and yea creature was picked by my wife she just happened to call him that when i got him and he looked up at her so it just kinda stuck lol. I wanted to name him sonic(sorry for the cliche) lol
