This is Rikimaru (maru for short) our first african pygmy hedgehog.
He is 6 weeks old and tiny! The breeder bought the mother and sister along too. The sister was even smaller...unbelivably small!
He is very very friendly.
Hes had a nip of Steve but only one little one.
Hes been running around everywhere..curled up in Steves pocket, gone to sleep on us in a hoodie and stuffed his face. Hes also tried to pull up the carpet and annointed.
Then when he went in his cage he walked back out on his own. He didnt want to go in still. Hes now in bed alseep.

only thing that worries me is that hes only six weeks old - born 20th march - and hes quilling loads already which I thought was supposed to happen at 9 weeks and maybe even up to 3months. Hes itching quite abit but no sign of mites.
