My hedgehog has a lump on one side of his lower jaw which we only noticed tonight, its hard to the touch. He's been eating a little less recently but not enough to concern me until I've found this lump. He's 4.

Have you brought him to a vet? They might need to take a sample of the lump and send it off for Cytology.
