Hi!! I'm new here and have been on reading non-stop since I found it. I've had my first Hedgie now for a week, and so far so good. He will be 8 weeks old tomorrow and each day he get a bit braver
I'm looking forward to when he is finally comfortable with me but I know it takes time. He is eating well, but I will have to start mixing my own soon, almost out of the breeders supply. One question I haven't been able to find an answer already posted was about fruit and treats. How big or small should the pieces be? I've read alot about choking hazards and wanted to check. I was planning on trying some strawberries soon. Also do they eat with their hands? I don't get to see him out and about yet, he's usually sleeping and if I walk in he runs and hides. Once I take him out he relaxes after a few minutes usually.
Thanks for any help or suggestions...LJ 005.JPG[/attachment:1phmiy29]LJ 006.JPG[/attachment:1phmiy29]LJ 002.JPG[/attachment:1phmiy29]
