We are officially done quilling (have been for the last 4 days)!

What do you think his color is now?

ehhhhhhhh... I am looking for a color.. I am *thinking* charcoal white, but I don't think he is the snowflake pattern because his quills are easily 92%-95% all white.. the banded quills are mainly located his front visor quills and have a slight rust color at the very veerrrrryyyy tips (barely visible).

Algerian Charcoal is basically Algerian Grey, which is fairly common, and White is basically having no more than 10 banded quills on the back. He definitely has far more than that, but if Reaper says so, I'd go with it. For the rarity, White isn't extremely common but is becoming available as more breeders are producing them. Algerian Grey is fairly common, after the chocolates/browns.

He is very cute. :D

Not to rain on anyone's parade, but I'm afraid I'm seeing too much color over the back. There are simply too many banded quills for White.
Leroux is definitely Algerian Grey, but he looks to be Snowflake (as in High-Snowflake - not a lot of banding, but more than you'd see on a White) so I'm going with Algerian Grey Snowflake (Algerian Charcoal)

Oh I was completely kidding around when I was acting disappointed...

And yes, I am aware Bryan is the one to go to for your "what color is my hedgie" needs.

I am very happy with my boy, regardless of his color. Just interesting to know.

*Apologies if my sarcasm wasn't picked up in the previous post...
