Deep clean you hedgehogs cage. Get rid of all bedding, (don't use scrap bedding, use liners instead) get rid of all food and water, wash your hedgies cage and absolutely anything inside of it. Number one thing you have to do. Next, make sure to wash your hedgies tub or sink every bath to get rid of mites. Give her baths once a week with oatmeal and coconut oil like you've been doing, until her skin is cleared up. If you have any antibiotics for your hedgies, you should definitely give it to her.
