[Pangello]

My hedgie pangello has this dark bump on her upper belly area that is red and infected around it. I tried cleaning it throughly thinking it was just some poop but it did not wash away. Could someone help me ID this bump?

If it seems infected, it would be best to take her to a vet. Bumps on hedgehogs can often turn out to be tumors, so it's always best to get it checked out if at all possible. (I don't say that to scare you or anything, there are many other things it could be as well, which is why a vet visit is probably best.)
I'm not an expert, so someone else may have some other input, but that's just what I would do if I were in your shoes.
