I have a 2 year old hedgie who had a lot of blood in her urine, I took her to the vet on Monday and they prescribed her an anti-biotic and an anti-inflammatory to take for 2 weeks. Her symptoms became worse and I noticed she stopped eating and drinking, I have been syringe feeding her and giving her water for the last 24 hours as much as she will take but it is not nearly enough, I noticed this morning she is super lethargic, she was lying out in the open, she is limping, can barely keep her head up. I called every emergency vet in the area and they are all at capacity. At this point she is just suffering and I don't know what to do, at this point I feel like she just needs to be put out of her misery and it's breaking my heart.

Lots of blood in the urine not responding to antibiotics. She could need to be spayed. I've had two girls, both wound up needing to be spayed after adventures with blood in urine and no improvement from medication. Keep feeding her and giving her water. Get in touch with your vet as soon as possible and see if they agree with that assessment and find out if they're willing to do it. Hopefully she'll be ok.
