Hello,
Ever since I have gotten my hedgehog I have used brown carefresh as that is what the breeder who I had got them from suggested. However obviously I have noticed they sell many different colors of carefresh and I was wondering if there was any reason not to use them. I realize that some are scented and obviously I would not want to use those as hedgehogs have very strong senses of smell but what about unscented carefresh that is other colors? Has anyone used them before? Is there any reason not to use them? Thanks!

The different colors are fine, or else they wouldn't make them! The only thing is that if you use a brightly colored bedding, it is harder to see if your hedgehog bleeds for any reason, has blood in urine, etc. But health-wise, the colors do not make a difference.
