I bought two hedgies one male and one female from a guy
He forgot to mention my female was pregnant. All her babies are dead and she seems really depressed and keeps laying over the last one to die. I don’t know if I should hold her and try to comfort her or if I should just let her do her thing

First, I'm sorry for your loss.

Are you sure she was pregnant when you got her? Have you been letting the male and female live together or be even in the same room together?
Male and female hedgehogs should not be housed together because hedgehogs are induced ovulators, meaning the female can get pregnant at any time- not like dogs or cats that have to be "in heat". The presence of a male or even the smell of them stresses out the females and can make them very sick.
