You could try them...but I would avoid feeding the raisins - grapes are toxic to hedgehogs, so raisins aren't safe either. I'd be careful with the dried banana and dried papaya - not sure if they'd be sticky or not, but if they are, they could be a choking hazard. Overall, it's not a fantastic treat (as far as nutritious), but I suppose it wouldn't hurt to try if you really wanted to. Personally though, I wouldn't bother & would see if she could return them.

(Completely unrelated, but I'm facepalming a lot at the description stating "take note that they are obligate carnivores" about ferrets, on a product for ferrets that has almost no meat whatsoever. Whoever made the treats apparently doesn't grasp the meaning of "obligate carnivore".)

There's a lot of things you can offer your hedgehog! :) Though keep in mind that a lot of hedgehogs can be picky and hesitant to try new things - it can take multiple tries before they'll taste something. But here's some threads to look at -

Safe Treat List - http://www.hedgehogcentral.com/forums/12-diet-nutrition/17725-treat-list-safe-fruits-veggies.html

Ideas on ways to offer treats/fresh foods - http://www.hedgehogcentral.com/forums/12-diet-nutrition/23058-offering-fresh-foods-treats.html

If you want an idea on a good place to start with, a lot of hedgehogs seem to be fond of meat (just plain cooked meat), eggs (hard-boiled or scrambled, no butter or milk added), berries, watermelon, and mealworms. Mealworms are probably the most common favorite treat - so definitely give those a try! :)
