Holly is a female African Pygmy Hedgehog. She weighs about 463g and was born May 28, 2019.

My hedgie seems to have a tiny one of those, I think it might be just where the hair grows out of their cheeks. Yours does look a bit bigger and the red spot concerns me. I would suggest taking her to the vet if you can
