Hello Everyone! I have a question, I recently picked up these dog treats for my hedgehog. Since they are rather big I'll probably cut them into smaller bites. I have fed her cat treats before, but I was wondering if these would be okay too? The cat treats I normally get for her were sold out.
The ingredients are: Chicken, Molasses, Guar Gum, Brown Rice Flour, Flaxseed Meal, Rosemary Extract

Thats what I was wondering about too! I tried looking up if molasses was okay but it didn't really say!

Yes I don’t have a clue but I assume it should be if it’s safe for many other animals as a natural sweetener

They put Molasses in a lot of foods and treats that are made for small animal pets. I am not sure how safe the treats are because they are made for dogs and not Hedgehogs.

I called my vet and asked him if they were okay, and he said most dog and cat treats are perfectly fine for hedgehogs. He said these were quite good because the ingredients are simple and there are no additives.
