Hedgehog Leaning: WHS or Ear Infection?

Hey there!
My hedgehog has been tilting to one side recently and I was just wondering if it is WHS or a Ear Infection? It isn’t a consistent thing really, one night he’ll be straight and another night he’ll be tilting. It could maybe also be allergies because when I but him outside for a bit, I peeked at him and he was tilting his head a lot and it normally isn’t that bad. The thing with WHS is none of his back feet have been going out (that’s a first sign), or he hasn’t fallen over. I don’t know at all. Does anyone have an idea?

Thank you!

It looks like ear infection to me. Head tilt is often caused by an ear infection. There are many types of ear infections, Including Ear mite infection, Fungal infection, and middle or inner ear infection. Check your hedgehog's ear for any of these infections and if you seen any of them, I suggest you ask a vet for hedgehog ear drops.

I hope your hedgie bear gets better soon! :)
Thank you so much! I’ll definitely look!
