Are the worms dried? I would go ahead and give the antibiotics to see if there is any kind of intestinal infection going on.

That is a low dose but is still enough to help if there is an infection. Yes a 2 or more hour gap between the antibiotics and the benebac is good. It can take a couple of days before you notice an improvement but no matter what make sure you give it for the entire week.
