My hedgehog’s ears look like this and I’m trying to figure out a good treatment. I am waiting on the vet to fit her in but I don’t know if it’s a fungal infection issue and if so, are there any home remedies I can try? At least to help relieve how itchy she must feel until her vet appointment

That looks like it's most likely ear mites. You should deep clean her cage to kill any mites in it. You should probably give her a bath to help the itching and get rid of some of the mites. I think that's the best thing you could do until you get her to the vet. Hope she gets better soon!

It ended up just being chronic dry skin! Vet prescribed her a special mouse and bath procedure to get the crust off her ears
