I'm getting ready to head almost 2 hours away to go pick up my hedgehog!
I have him a little cat carrier, with TONS of fleece, and a shirt of mine in there. Plus a little cat toy ball thing if he wants to amuse himself... Which he wont. He'll probably pass out.

I was going to bring a whole bottle of water and a dish for him, hopefully he'll drink it. I know how Hedgies can be finicky with their water. I have extra fleece in case I notice him getting chilled. And a hat to wrap around him. And! I have my money of course.

What else should I take?

It sounds like you are well prepared. The cat toy ball doesn't have holes in it does it? The ones with holes can hurt hedgehogs.
