I don’t know if any other hedgehogs do this, but I find it kind of adorable.
Igor sleeps on his face. He’ll literally put his face against the bed and sleep like that. I can’t understand how he breathes, but he likes sleeping like this. 😂

Sometimes if he wakes up, he’ll have bed hair, and his forehead hair would be all ruffled up from moving his face against the bed.

In her carrier on trips she tends to sleep like this!
Sometimes she will when she lays next to me in bonding time and puts her head like that but on my side or leg.

My girl sleeps sort of curled to the side with her head tucked into her shoulder. Scared me so badly the first time I found her like that because she very reluctantly uncurls. She also has to sleep under her bed, so I have a fleece bed upside down under her igloo. They all have weird habits I guess!

Yes they do. I still find it amazing how all hedgehogs differ from eachother. It’s wonderful.
