I just want to say thank you to whoever it was that mentioned peach baby food...

Edit: Thank you Zalea! <3
(I totally forgot I could just search the word "peach" and find out who said it, lol... :p )

I had tried apricot (which I actually like to eat myself, I know - I'm weird) and she was kinda-sorta interested, but still kinda meh... Well, today I happened to pick up a little jar of the peach kind (which I did not try myself because I'm not a big fan of peaches unless they're raw and covered in sugar and cream, lol)... Anyway, she self-anointed twice over the stuff! :D I put some on the end of a little plastic knife (the dull/handle end) and she just lapped it up like it was the best thing since mealworms... :D

Yayyyyy for finding new treats!! :D

You can also try either turkey and gravy or sweet potatoes and turkey stage 2 baby foods. We get the disney brand from wal mart and Dora LOVES them. She wont eat much while we are looking, but if left in her treat dish it is gone in a flash.

I love fresh peaches. I can't wait until this fall when the trees in my yard ripen up. :D

I'm glad she enjoyed the suggestion! Quentin isn't real big on baby food, but he LOVED peaches so I thought I'd mention it. :)

I shall try some of the other flavors. :D Thanks for the additional suggestions... :)

I saw chicken and apple, which looked interesting, lol... I think I'll try the turkey and sweet potatoes next though! ...it'll be like Thanksgiving!

Fresh peaches are great! ...but it's something about cooked or processed peaches I just don't really like, I can't put my finger on it. I'm sometimes ok with peach cobbler/pie IF it's really, really, really fresh/homemade and served with ice cream... but with anything processed/flavored/canned/etc., I don't even like the smell really... but, yeah, Eva just loves the baby food. :D

We took her to our little game night tonight and there was a resounding response of "awww, soooo glad you brought her!" She tried to play it cool, napping through most of the evening, but I know that secretly she liked the attention. ;) We gave her a little peach baby food at one point though and everyone just thought it was the cutest thing ever how she'd lap it right up... :D

...And with that I might add that our first little outing was a success! Yay! She didn't really seem to get stressed out or anything, even with 10 people talking and laughing and whatnot... and, of course, everyone just loved her. ;)
