I have been trying to create a spreadsheet for our hedgehogs..basically like a veterinary/identification sheet that would include everything from sex, color, age, registration information, veterinary, pedigree, breeding, ect. I have been so far unsuccessful in making it look professional.

Does anyone have anything they could share as to what they use for record keeping purposes or if they have something that would include the above items?

I have a sheet like that I made almost 3 years ago... I filled it out when I got Inky. I'll have to see if I still have it...
