Cleaning out the cage!

Ok so i need some tips on cleaning out the hedgehog cage and keeping it as clean as possible.. i here cleaning the bottom bit with white vinigar is good (is that true) and nay other tips and things also is there any way i can litter train it if so how! and any other tips on cleaning the cage
