How do I clean a hedgehog cage? It is going to be a large clear tub. What spray is appropriate for me to use?

You can wipe it down with a 50/50 mix of vinegar and hot water. If you prefer, you could use household cleaner, but make sure to rinse it very, very thoroughly.

How often do I need to fully wipe it down

I think most people do it once a week, and spot clean daily (pick up pieces of poop and food).

I clean Demi's cage once a week, if need be I flip her liner over to get a few more days out if it. When I clean it, its just a wipe down with a washcloth and water. I have so many layers of fleece that her pee doesn't even get to the bottom of the cage. Her wheel gets cleaned daily as do her food and water dishes. And yes I spot clean, extra food and poops.
