Do you have a ceramic heat emitter OR a ceramic fixture? they are two totaly different things. The only reason i ask is because you say you have the emitter and a 100 watt bulb. The ceramic heat emitter actually looks like a bulb and it goes into the fixture like a bulb. I apologize if i got it wrong, just the way it sounded from your post.
