Hi everyone!
Oliver LOVES TP tubes/paper towel tubes/etc. but since I got him last summer I've only let him chew on them when he's out with me to make sure he spits out the bits that he chews. I've seen a lot of people mentioning how they have TP tubes cut in half for toys inside the cage. I was wondering if it's safe to leave that sort of thing with a hedgie when he's unsupervised? I know he'd love it, but I want to make sure it's ok.
Thanks!
Claire

TP tubes should not be in cages unsupervised.
I did, however, have a shoebox as Kashi's home for a while. He really liked it, but I had to throw it out because it got gross after a while.

My Quilliam couldn't care less about TP tubes lol. The only cardboard in his cage is attached to the back of the CSBW to keep him from falling off the loft and the ramp too.
