ok so Eve's babies are almost 3 weeks old they will be 3 weeks old on Tuesday. i really need to give her a bath and trim her nails. is it ok to do that now? i dont want her to get stressed out and kill more babies we only have 2 left out of 5. its been a week since the other babies died, but is it ok to take her out and clean her up?

No, not until the babies are weaned and have left mom.

Whenever dealing with moms and new babies, you have to learn to tolerate the dirty and smelly cage and mom, until babies are weaned. I always make sure nails are clipped prior to 1 week before delivery. I also clean the cage one last time.

i wasnt sure. thanks you for the info! i will just wait a while i guess. the smelly cage and stuff doesnt bother me as long as the babies are ok.
